By implementing an advanced hiring, screening, and training policy for our employees, we can ensure the quality of service that our customers have come to expect. Temporary employees, usually in the form of “Day Laborers”, are an inefficient labor resource because of their lack of skill and motivation. Their inexperience will also require more supervision and absorb valuable time from the Project Manager. These inefficiencies will result in higher billed hours, strained or missed deadlines, and unacceptable damages to the content and facility.

Most movers in our market only do commercial moves as an afterthought and their experience in commercial relocation rarely makes up more than 15% of their moving projects.
