It’s all about the team. John is proud to be the visionary leader of the best moving and installation personnel in the South East. For over 15 years, he has grown the Flood Brothers business to include over 200 full-time, highly trained employees and offer a full-range of commercial moving services including furniture installation, storage and records management. Flood Brothers is a company that has the hard assets to get jobs done correctly. His personal philosophy: “As we journey through life, we learn a tremendous amount of information but the most important lesson he has learned is the joy of giving. Help someone it’s worth it.”

Robert Flood  –  Owner

Robert is proud to lead Flood Brothers along side his brother, John. His passion is providing exceptional, full-service commercial moving that exceeds client expectations. He prides himself in knowing that the client is getting the very best service in the industry by using Flood Brothers Commercial Services. Not only are the employees the best trained in the industry but they love what they do. It’s the heart and soul behind the family business that Rob and his brother provide. In his spare time, he enjoys extreme sports with his family and breeding champion Rottweilers.

Chris Sword  –  Vice President of Sales

Chris Sword has been with Flood Brothers since 2001, and is one of its founding fathers. He started as the first Project Manager and has been in many positions over the years such as Vice President of Operations, Senior Business Development Manager and now he over sees all Sales for Flood Brothers as Vice President of Sales. With his hard work and dedication, Chris has helped Flood Brothers propel to the high quality service company that we are today. Chris dedicates his free time to his beautiful family.

Albert Flynn  –  Human Resources Director

Albert Flynn joined the Flood Brothers team in early 2013. He has a background in Operations, Human Resource and Accounting management. He is fully knowledgeable in general accounting, payroll, budgeting, and journal entry preparation. He has been asset to our accounting and Human Resources teams. Albert is very capable and experienced in implementing innovative practices and procedures to improve company efficacy and that has been key to his success with Flood Brothers. When Albert is not at work he spends his time with his Family, Friends, and of course cheering for the Falcons!

Christy Lowell  –  Senior Business Development Manager

A native of Virginia Beach, Christy graduated from North Georgia College & State University with a Bachelors in Marketing. From there she worked in the Audio Visual industry for 6 years before coming to Flood Brothers in April of 2011. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her son, Conner. They love to travel, the beach, the lake, anything outdoors. Christy loves to play softball and in 2011 her team won the Coed World Series Championship.

Luke Cain  –  Senior Business Development Manager

Luke started with Flood Brothers in March of 2003. He brought with him expertise in systems furniture and logistics and he quickly launched a successful career in sales. Over the past decade Luke has helped many fortune 500 companies relocate or restack their corporate headquarters in Atlanta and across the nation. In 2012, Luke was involved with an international furniture installation project that sent our crews as far away as Okinawa, Japan. He was instrumental in the development of one of the nation’s first Sustainable Moves Programs, Flood Brothers’ Green Moves, which is LEED accredited by the USGBC. Given his tenure within the industry, it’s no wonder that Luke is at the top of his profession on a national level and there really is no type of project that he can’t handle. Luke is a former Navy Veteran, who’s hobbies are competitive shooting, backpacking, nature photography and travelling with his wife and daughter. He is a member of the Chairman’s Club in the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, the US Green Building Council and AALA. Luke’s philosophy is “keep things as simple as they need to be in order to be successful”.

Kevin Teefy  –  Business Development Manager

Over 12 years ago, Kevin came at Flood Brothers and worked his way through furniture installation, operations and project management. When Kevin got to Business Development, he knew this is where he could work his magic. His forte is relocation and furniture installations. While not at work, Kevin enjoys spending time with his two beautiful daughters, hunting, fishing and spending time with friends.

Jason Moore  –  Business Development Manager

Joining Flood Brothers in 2015, Jason brought decades of commercial furniture installation knowledge with him. He began his career in the industry in 1991 as a part time installer and worked through the ranks from Supervisor to Project Manager all the way to Business Development Manager.  Jason’s day to day responsibilities include outside sales, quoting, project management, and customer service.  He has managed small projects to multi-million dollar projects and takes pride in the services he provides making sure all parties involved are completely satisfied before walking off the floor.  When not servicing clients, Jason enjoys time well spent with his wife and three daughters.  His hobbies are recreational boating, golfing, coaching his daughter’s basketball teams and attending Falcons football games.

Terry Woodard  –  Business Development Manager

Terry has been an employee of Flood Brothers for 15 years and has been in the furniture industry for the past 18 years. He began his journey with us as an Installer and became one of the first Project Managers at Flood Brothers. Being a part of the incredible ride with Flood Brothers growing from a small installation company, into the Largest Commercial Relocation Company in the Southeast, is something Terry is very proud of. Now, as a Senior Business Development Manager, he uses his past experience as an Installer and Project Manager to help Flood Brothers continue to grow our client base. By sharing his experience and knowledge, with new and old clients, he assures them a smooth and harmonious relocation and furniture installation. Terry devotes my personal time to my beautiful wife and amazing children.

Michael Porter  –  Business Development Manager

Michael has been an employee with Flood Brothers since 2009. He started out as a Mover in the field learning all the necessary methods and techniques to successfully complete a commercial move. He has promoted his way through the company from Mover to Task Leader to Project Manager and is now part of our Sales team. He enjoys spending time with his family, UGA football and everything that involves the outdoors.
